  Completely happy with my experience. My wife and I went in to get 2 new phones and a new contract and the sales associate, Jake, was awesome. Completely professional but personable as well so we were able to comfortably chat and enjoy our time spent there. I recommend this spot for any Verizon stuff you need done!

  They are amazing and the best. We live in old town and there is a Verizon store right across from Albertson and I have had problems with them. They don't listen and are really pushy. I was dreading asking my questions and thinking I would be treated the same way. They were 10 times better and know what they are doing. Tj being new was awesome and was honest with us from the beginning, and I had patience with him. Some of my questions he didn't know or didn't know how to get to the screen but Matt (sorry if I got your name wrong and its not.) Would take the time and show him how to look for the answers and the fastest way to doing it quickly. Brodie was extremely knowledgeable and professional when talking and and explaining my simple questions that I had about how to screen shot and and other things I did not know about my LG6. Matt also took the time to fix my screen protector that had bubbles from a "professional" putting it on from the other store. He handed back cleaner then I gave it to him and no bubbles anywhere. I didn't get the excuse of him saying that the bubbles will, go away on their own time. And they were bluntly honest. They are amazing and have restored my faith in Verizon. Best store with customer service
