  Good service employees will lie to you to make a sale they tell you one thing but you're build the nether go argue and they're ignorant to you I wouldn't recommend them Sprint is a lot better knowledgeable people and friendly and half the money

  The majority of the time we have excellent service, however, our visit today was horrible!! My husband went to pay our bill and couldn't get anyone to help him. He waited almost an hour and had to argue with someone to get any help. The store wasn't busy and there were sales people available but they disappeared into the back. We will be calling AT&T customer service to discuss their store customer service policy.
