  These guys flaked out on us twice. I waited around for them all day the first appointment only to be told when I called that I was rescheduled because something else came up. The second time I waited around all day but called several times to check status, only to be told at 5 that they weren't going to make it out any time in the next few months. That's when I figured if their work is as bad as their service is better find someone else!
